Back on track with managing my diabetes. 9/14 my glucose level was so high it was off the meter. Had to be 495+. I had slowly went back to my bad eating habits over the summer. pink colored items of the cocktail to wear
All kinds of baked goods, potatoes, and sweet cereals, just to name a few.
My heart was acting up on 9/16 so I got medivaced. That's what happens when you let your diabetes go. It wasn't a heart attack, the rapid beating scared me.
Anyways, only carbs I've had was 4 slices of bread since then. I've lost 6 lbs.
