'Tis the season! A mom recently sent me a message asking what is safe to take while breastfeeding that won't affect her milk supply.

Rule of thumb: any medication that will dry up your sinus congestion can possibly dry up or reduce your milk supply. Think Benadryl, Zyrtec, etc... ...

It's best to stick with more natural remedies. Sinus cleanses, essential oils, steam bath/shower, fenugreek tea, or saline sprays are great options. Also, remember to drink lots of fluids and get some extra vitamin C. wedding dresses with mixed blue and white color
